Ease into the weekend by enjoying a free concert this Friday, February 15, in Werribee City Centre’s Pop Up Park.

Renowned folk rockers The Audreys will headline the all-ages family gig, supported by local Wyndham artists Jesse Valach and the Ashleigh Watson Duo.

The Audreys have won the ARIA award for Best Blues and Roots Album three times, with their debut album, Between Last Night and Us,
featuring singles including Oh Honey, You & Steve McQueen and Don’t Change.

These festival favourites – who have performed at a Day on the Green, Port Fairy Folk Festival and The Falls Festival – will bring their superb tunes to the Pop Up Park.

The Ashleigh Watson Duo will open the night with sweet soul and Motown vibes, followed by bluesman Jesse Valach, who was named Melbourne’s Blues Performer of the Year in 2016 and has performed alongside some of Australia’s biggest blues names.

Picnics are welcome and there will be plenty of dining options provided by favourite Werribee restaurants, cafes and takeaways to enjoy alfresco in the park.

The fun will continue across the weekend with the Makers Market and Outdoor Cinema screening of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle on Saturday, with Greek treats, face-painting and kids’ craft at Street Food Sundays.
