Police are on the hunt for two men who robbed a man at knifepoint in Werribee last month.
The victim was walking to his car in the railway station carpark about 7pm on April 7 when he was approached by the two men.
One of them threatened the man with a kitchen knife, while the other
assaulted him, pushing him into his car door.
The victim handed over his white gold wedding ring, a platinum necklace, a Tissot watch and iPhone 6.
One of the attackers grabbed a wallet out of the victim’s back pocket and stole $30. The men then fled the scene.
The first robber is described as Caucasian, about 180 centimetres tall, with an average build and curly hair.
He wore a blue baseball cap with the emblem “NY” on it, a black hooded jumper and black pants.
The second robber is also Caucasian, about 190 centimetres tall, with a heavy build and shaved head.
He was wearing a long-sleeved black T-shirt and light blue jeans.
Detectives of the Transit Crime Investigation Unit’s robbery taskforce
are continuing to investigate the
incident.
