Werribee: Police seek help to nab liquor store robber

Police are seeking information on a cyclist who held up a Werribee liquor store on New Year’s Day.

A man on a gold bike rode into the drive-thru of the Heaths Road store just after 7pm.

He produced an imitation pistol and threatened the staff member, demanding cash.

The attendant handed over money from the till and the man pedalled off towards Derrimut Road.

Police have released CCTV images of the man they are hoping to speak to.
