Pupils from Warringa Park School in Werribee South celebrated getting active this week.
Youngsters from the school headed to the 2019 Victorian Disability Sport and Recreation Festival, on December 3 at Crown Riverwalk.
The festival promotes and celebrates physically active lifestyles for people of all abilities.
As part of the festival, the Get Active Challenge was held to allow students with disabilities to engage and learn about sport and recreation.
Pupils were given the opportunity to interact with each festival exhibitor by completing a quiz made up of both questions and practical activities.
Auslan interpreters helped deaf and hearing-impaired students take part in the challenge.
The festival, which marked International Day of People with Disability, also showcased a range of inclusive and modified sports and community programs.
