Could Tiarna Parnis be Wyndham’s next big thing?
The Point Cook resident made such an impression on Wyndham councillor Heather Marcus at Tiarna’s debutante ball this year that she and partner Harrison Minett were asked to host the Wyndham Business Awards last August.
Tiarna, who is in year 11 at Point Cook Secondary College, was also invited to be a model at the recent national Fashion Awards.
“I loved it. It was so much fun,” the 178-centimetre tall 16-year-old said. Tiarna said she would love a career in modelling or theatre, but she’s also eyeing a career in dentistry.
“The odds of a successful job in [the entertainment industry] are slim,” she said.
