A gang of men allegedly armed with hammers, forced entry to the service station and stole cash and cigarettes about 4.30 this morning.

The gang is believed to have fled the store in a stolen Ford, which police believe had earlier been stolen during an aggravated burglary in Geelong on September 25.

Three men have been arrested and police are still seeking the whereabouts of three more men.

Geelong police arrested two 16 year-olds and a 17 year-old in the Geelong suburb of Norlane at 5:40am this morning. The trio are believed to be connected to the store robbery. The three teenagers remain in custody.
