Police seek help over petrol thefts

Police from the Wyndham Petrol Theft Reduction Team are seeking public assistance to identify the people in these images. During June and July, the team arrested 12 recidivist petrol theft offenders who have been charged with a combined 30 offences.

Image 1: Fuel was stolen from a petrol outlet in Point Cook on June 25, with false number plates allegedly used on the vehicle involved. Police are seeking assistance to identify the male in this image, as they believe he may be able to assist with their investigation.

Image 2: Fuel was stolen from a petrol outlet in Laverton North on July 30, with false number plates allegedly used on the vehicle. Police are seeking assistance to identify the male in this image, and his female passenger, as they may be able to assist with the investigation.
