Police were called to an “out of control” party at a rental property in Point Cook at the weekend, where they issued penalty notices to four people.
A Victoria Police statement issued on Sunday said that officers arrived at the Carnival Place house about 2.40am on Sunday, following reports of “an out of control party”.
When police arrived, there were more than 150 people at the premises, but many left when officers directed them to.
A 19-year-old woman from Tarneit, a 21-year-old man from Hoppers Crossing, a 20-year-old woman from Narre Warren and a 21-year-old woman from Werribee were all issued with an on the spot fine of $317 for contravening police directives to move on.
The Police statement said that is believed “only very minimal damage was caused inside the property with no external damage reported”.
