Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kuol Deng.
The 21-year-old is wanted on two bench warrants for theft offences.
He is known to frequent the Werribee, Truganina, and Tarneit areas.
Investigators have released an image of Deng in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
