Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a car theft in Hoppers Crossing in late May.
It is believed the offender broke into an address on Powell Drive, Hoppers Crossing, about 5.46pm on Friday, May 24.
Once inside the residence, the offender gained access to the garage and stole a 2007 Ford Fairlane sedan.
Investigators have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
