Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Emmanuel Zuo.
The 26-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear at court for traffic matters and failing to comply with a community corrections order.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne, Truganina and Brooklyn areas.
Investigators have released an image of Zuo in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
