Family photos are the focal point of a new art installation at a Wyndham Vale primary school.
Our Lady of the Southern Cross Primary School last week unveiled 95 double-sided bollards that feature family photos of the school’s students and their families.
The bollards were made as part of a partnership with the Wyndham Vale Men’s Shed and Bunnings, and were launched on Wednesday as part of the school’s feast day celebrations.
The school also held a church service and barbecue lunch.
Principal Jennifer Poon said she was thrilled with the result of the art project.
“It looks amazing, it’s incredible,” Ms Poon said.
