Car crashes into Truganina house

A Truganina home has been extensively damaged after a vehicle crashed into it early this morning.

The incident occurred about 8.30am on Wednesday, June 12, when an SUV collided with two vehicles before crashing into the home on Westmeadows Lane, near the corner with Guthrie Drive.

The grey Haval SUV crashed through the side fence of the home and then into a wall where it became stuck.

No one was injured and the drivers of all three vehicles remained at the scene.

The house sustained significant damage in the crash, with the SUV leaving a gaping hole in the side of the building which emergency services personnel are working to stabilise.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident will be investigated.
