For Kirsten Clemens, autumn and winter fashion trends will include military-inspired clothing, bright colours, trench coats, chequered blazers and jeans.
Ms Clemens was last week announced as Pacific Werribee’s autumn-winter 2018 fashion ambassador.
“I’ve always loved fashion and seeing the latest trends,” Ms Clemens said.
“I just enjoy being able to share my own opinions on what I love about winter fashion and being able to visit stores to explore.”
Ms Clemens, who lives in Geelong, said her role as a fashion ambassador would include advising stores and shoppers on her favourite autumn and winter styles.
She said becoming a mother for the first time, to eight-week-old son Jagger, had led her to an interest in children’s clothing.
“I love beanies on the little babies – they look so cute, especially with pom-poms,” she said.
Ms Clemens said that as a new mother, her own style had become “more relaxed”.
“I’m always thinking about being practical, but presentable at the same time,” she said.
To support Pacific Werribee’s Autumn Winter ’18 campaign launch, a VIP fashion shopping event will be held on Thursday, April 19 from 11am to 8pm.
Shoppers will be able to enjoy a style hub hosted by Pacific Werribee stylists Jess Dempsey and Indianna Roehrich, with opportunities to experience free, one-on-one style consultations to discuss autumn trends; an iScream nail bar; beauty stations from Mecca and Napoleon Perdis; and other activities.
