Eynesbury excellence: 21 Kevington Drive, Eynesbury 3338

In arguably the best enclave of peaceful Eynesbury – where neighbourliness extends to street parties, the golf course is metres away and The Homestead community hub is within a stroll – this is a property for those who value great design and aesthetics.

There’s not a skerrick of this place – inside or out – that isn’t beautifully executed for luxe liveability and entertainment/relaxation through the seasons. On point decor in a palette of greys, tasteful fittings, stylish window treatments and generosity of space are hallmarks here.

21 Kevington Drive, Eynesbury 3338

No less than three gorgeous alfresco zones with lovely landscaping rockets 21 Kevington into the ranks of the highly covetable.

Entry is to a wide hallway, laid with matte concrete-look porcelain tiles – the tiling throughout is stunning. Through double doors on the left is a carpeted theatre room (or fifth bedroom), while the hallway ducks right to two fitted bedrooms and a very chic bathroom with oval tub, dual-basin Caesarstone vanity and giant walk-in shower.

On each side of the walk-through lounge room is an alfresco area. One is a tropical haven, with dense fernery plantings, bamboo fence screens and water feature. The other is under a timber pergola, with “broken glass” light bulbs studding ornate ceiling work while laser-cut screens and planter boxes add sophistication.

Then the enormous hub opens up, again anchored with those wonderful “concrete” tiles. The big, sleek kitchen in here has a matte-black sink in a Caesarstone bench, a walk-in pantry, Smeg mod-cons and servery windows to the last-mentioned alfresco.

A compact study and a laundry with scads of storage are in another hallway leading to the main bedroom, which has a box bay window dressed in plantation shutters, a walk-in robe and a swish fully tiled en suite.

A glass slider in the spacious bedroom opens to the third (covered) alfresco area with a trio of matte-black ceiling fans. This looks out to verdant lawn rimmed with pretty garden beds and centred with a wishing-well water feature. Automatic sprinkler systems keep all gardens thriving.

This unmissable property also has a garden shed and a double garage accessed from a rear laneway.
