Wyndham will host two events as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival next March.
Tickets are now available for the Fromage a Trois Cheese and Cider Festival, which will be held at the Werribee Park Mansion on March 6. Festival-goers will have the chance to sample Australian and international ciders and wines, and pair them with local and imported cheeses.
It’s the third time Fromage a Trois will be held at Werribee Park.
Park Hotel owner Nick Christou (pictured) is sponsoring the event and will set up a pop-up bar to serve boutique ciders.
For those wanting something more substantial, Shadowfax Winery will host a four-course World’s Longest Lunch on March4.
The menu will be complemented by wines hand-picked by the winery’s sommelier.
