A Singeaporean-based company has entered into a conditional forward purchase agreement to buy a yet-to-be-built warehouse in Wyndham for $18.4 million.
Real estate investment trust Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has announced it will buy the one-storey logistics facility, to be constructed at 15 Boterro Place in Truganina.
A statement from MLT said that when constructed, the warehouse would have a leasable area of 15,100 square metres. Construction of the warehouse is due to finish in 2022.
