Elegy

Elegy is a lyrical, searing exploration of loss, displacement and longing for home. Based on interviews with refugee survivors, the performance builds tension around an intimate love for a best friend, flight, empty train stations and bomb-blasted towns. Elegy, written by Douglas Rintoul, will be performed by Gareth Reeves and directed by John Kachoyan. The show contains adult themes and is recommended for audiences over 16 years. School bookings available. On August 17 from 7.30pm at Bowery Theatre, 309c Main Road East, St Albans.
