A new all-abilities community choir is inviting newcomers to join rehearsals on Monday at 7.30pm at the Werribee Baptist Church. No prior choir experience required and no auditions. Rehearsals conclude with supper at 8.45pm.

Werribee Probus Club

Are you a retired or semi-retired man who has some time on your hands? The Werribee Probus Club offers activities to help happily fill those post-retirement days. Activities include day trips and tours, social activities and lawn bowls tournaments. Next meeting is at the Werribee Bowls on June 25 and then every fourth Monday of the month.

Do you have knee pain?

Aged over 50 and have had knee pain on most days of the past month, you may be eligible to take part in a research study by the department of physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. The study compares the effects of different types of footwear on knee pain symptoms. Participants will be asked to wear study shoes daily for six months. If eligible, you will receive two pairs of shoes for free.
