I had the same issue in February 2012. I have a rental house in Vaina Street. Was insured with RACV for $215 per annum, got my insurance renewal for $2500 because the unit is in the flood-prone street. What a load of rubbish.

With a total lack of decent midwife numbers, the new obstetrics beds go to residents from all over Ardeer, St Albans, Caroline Springs and Ascot Vale who have obtained access to the beds via their obstetrician. Meantime, the locals are referred to Sunshine Hospital. Tim Henessey
