Up to 55,000 people flocked to enjoy the spring sunlight at Point Cook Fiesta on Sunday, taking in live entertainment, bands, carnival rides and local produce. Stockland spokeswoman Lina Maroun said the town centre was buzzing with excitement from 11am-5pm. “The spirit was very positive and everyone was so happy. There was just a real sense of community that was alive.” Highlights included street performers like Circus Mystique (pictured), a visit from children’s television character Peppa Pig and music from blues revue Cold Snap and rockers Masketta Fall.
