Well it took 15 months for the council to put in the tree it says was going in
the nature strip. Only problem is the tree entices bees that my son is allergic
to and the seed pods of the tree have small hairs that cause irritation when touched, and eye irritations. Yet they put these trees in a street where people can brush
past them, yet I will be fined if I take
it out. Will the council take responsibility for my son’s allergic reaction? No.
Not to mention 10-20 metre high trees where the old streets have powerlines. Smart
move and smart decisions from a typical council person.
