Complaints hearing on government agencies

RESIDENTS can get help dealing with government agencies at a meeting at Wyndham City Salvation Army next month.

A representative of the Ombudsman’s office will visit on September 5 to advise on making complaints about government bodies including the Department of Human Services, WorkSafe, the Transport Accident Commission, VicRoads and Wyndham Council.

Salvation Army member Judith Sutcliffe said the meeting was organised after the Salvos were flooded with people wanting help making official complaints.

The meeting is from 7pm. Details: 0412242065.
