Bands are being encouraged to submit a demo tape for a gig at Werribee Bowls Club, better known as the Hive.
The Live at the Hive event, on August 24, is aimed at showcasing the west’s emerging music scene.
Other events on the council’s August Arts program include a pop-up cinema and arts market. Information for bands to submit a demo tape is at wyndham.vic.gov.au.
