Werribee is Melbourne’s most affordable suburb to buy a house.
Latest Real Estate Institute of Victoria figures reveal the median house price in Werribee was $290,000 in June.
Wyndham Vale was the second most affordable suburb ($299,000). Hoppers Crossing also made the list, with a median price of $315,000.
