Point Cook escaped with a hard-fought 24-point victory over winless Chadstone after scores in the division 4 game at Jordan Reserve were tied at three-quarter-time.

In the Geelong and District Football League top flight, Werribee Centrals won by a thrilling one point over Inverleigh after four goals to Tyren Montebruno.
