Cheree Robinson: I’m actually changing my kids’ schools next year for two reasons: The new school is closer [and] the current school is overcrowded.
Maria Ioannou Mardapitta: Class sizes are way too big.
Ana Wilkinson: My concern is the fact that even with all these schools being built, what are we meant to do once they finish year 9? There is one senior state school in the area.
Liz Whiffin: All the schools are over capacity, be they public or private, and it’s only going to get worse. This should have been addressed years ago.
Susan McIntyre: There needs to be more active planning. It all seems very reactive.
