GDFL: Werribee Centrals find Hill too tough

WERRIBEE Centrals were not given a clear run at challenging the supremacy of ladder leader Bell Post Hill in the Geelong and District Football League Smiths Holden Cup at Galvin Park on Saturday.

The Centurions were down on key personnel and played accordingly on their way to a 69-point loss.

Brendan Chugg, Tobi Bray and player-coach Luke Phipps kept up the fight but it was to no avail as the favourites powered away after quarter-time.
