Woman knocks offs cash, jewellery from Hoppers Crossing home

Police are looking for a woman who was seen knocking on doors in Dyer Street, Hoppers Crossing, at the time of a burglary.

The break-in occurred between 3pm on May 26 and 10.30am on May 30. Jewellery and cash were stolen.

Police are looking for a thin, Caucasian woman with shoulder-length dark hair.

In another incident, jewellery was stolen from a house in Clematis Crescent, Wyndham Vale, between 9am on May 30 and 8pm the following day.

Police believe the thief entered the house via a kitchen window.
