GDFL netball: Centrals can’t match it

WERRIBEE Centrals struggled to match it with Winchelsea in the Geelong and District Football League A grade netball.

Missing key players, the Centrals went down 61-35. Coach Nicole Stewart said she was happy to get four consistent quarters from her girls.

Centrals’ defenders were forced to work overtime throughout the game.

Amanda Wilson was named best for the Centrals. The rest of the Centrals’ sides had better luck, with B grade, C grade, D grade, under-17s and under-15s recording wins.
