Wyndham volunteers like Meals on Wheels driver Mary McCallum (pictured with mayor Kim McAliney) have been recognised for their work in the community.
The council held a morning tea last week to celebrate those who donate their time to help others or run community programs and events.
The tea was part of Wyndham’s National Volunteer Week activities.
Cr McAliney said more than 100 volunteers were acknowledged for their contributions.
“Volunteering is vital. Without the tireless efforts of our community members to give to others, many services and activities would not be possible.”
