STAFF at Werribee Open Range Zoo spoiled Ganyeka the gorilla (pictured) for his 12th birthday last Sunday.
Keepers gave Ganyeka special treats, including a birthday box, and balls filled with some of his favourite foods like sultanas, popcorn and linseeds.
Ganyeka lives with his father, Motaba, and half-brother, Yakini, who turned 12 last December. The trio can be seen at the zoo’s $3.6million island exhibit, which opened last November.
