BABY clothes, cots, toys and prams can come at a big cost for young parents, but a new market in Wyndham aims to ease the financial strain.
The Bumble Bee Baby and Children’s market will be held at the Italian Sports Club in Werribee every two months, from April 29.
Organiser Leanne Dudley said Wyndham had one of the highest populations of newborns and children aged up to the age of five in Melbourne.
“Kids grow out of clothes so quickly, so it [the market] really helps young mums and dads with their budgets,” she said.
