Heads-up from St James pupils

MASON, Jerome, Bianca and Matilda (pictured) count money collected by St James the Apostle Primary School’s grade 3 pupils as part of their annual Lent fund-raiser.

Pupils have been collecting money for the past six weeks and created a coin trail on Friday.

They raised more than $295 for Caritas’ Project Compassion.

The school will donate $400 to Caritas after the home group that raised the most money had its donation matched by grade 3 teachers.
