The team held its first training session at Werribee’s Soldiers Reserve ahead of the first round in a couple of months.
Werribee Tigers community development manager Chris Gallagher helped out with the training session, teaching the players new skills.
The RecLink competition helps disadvantaged people access new sporting activities.
