Wyndham Rotary is urging people to sign up to its fun run being held in March to help sick children.
Dozens of people have already registered for the annual event, which raises money for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The club is hoping to sign up 1000 runners and walkers before the March 1 event.
Participants will be able to take part in a 10-kilometre or five-kilometre run, or eight-kilometre or four-kilometre walk, starting at Chirnside Park.
Now in their eighth year, the fun runs have raised $60,000 for the hospital’s appeal. Registrations close February 27.
