Wyndham rockers Ash Archer and the Spitfires are quickly making a name for themselves after reaching the state finals of the international Emergenza music festival in Melbourne on November 30.
They will be vying for a place in the national finals in Sydney.
The young band – Ash Archer, Daniel Farmer, Daniel Marsh, Connor Macaulay and Patrick Quinlan – write their own songs, with their classic rock sound compared to the likes of Bon Jovi and INXS.
Their latest album, Ride Like The Wind, is available on iTunes.
Emergenza is the world’s largest music festival for unsigned bands, with competitions held in 150 cities and 30 countries to find the best new musical talent.
The world final will be held in Germany in June.
