An L-plater has had his permit suspended after being caught driving with a blood alcohol reading of 0.138 and without an accompanying licensed driver.
The Truganina man, 25, rolled his car on Leakes Road early Sunday.
Police said the car was written off and the man was lucky to escape injury. He will face Werribee Magistrates Court at a later date charged with drink driving and careless driving offences.
