Jubilee estate open for business … and 20,000 people

Prospective buyers can get their first glimpse of the plans for Wyndham Vale’s newest estate, with Jubilee estate’s land sales office opening on Saturday.

The estate, which borders Ballan Road, will become home to 20,000 people during the next 15 years.

The 482-hectare estate will feature a 5.4-hectare town centre, a 1.2-hectare neighbourhood centre and 77 hectares of parks and open spaces.
