With the weather starting to warm up, now is the perfect time to join a walking group. Anyone who feels like getting more active, having fun and meeting new friends is invited to join the newly formed VU Strutters. Walking groups are free and are a great way to explore Wyndham while improving health and fitness. The VU Strutters meet at Victoria University Health and Fitness Centre in Hoppers Lane, Werribee at 2pm on Wednesdays. For more details, phone 9919 8173.
