Celebrate Wyndham
Head to the civic centre on Sunday, October 12 for a family fun day to celebrate Wyndham’s 150th anniversary. Activities will include horse and carriage rides, old-fashioned games, live entertainment and a heritage walking tour. It’s from 10am-3pm.

Charity fun day
Help raise money for Breast Cancer Network Australia during a fun day at Wyndham Civic Centre from 11am on Sunday, October 26. Organised by Point Cook Motorcycle Club, the event is held as part of a charity ride from Docklands to Werribee involving more than 500 motorcyclists.
Night of mystery
A masquerade mystery night will be held at Wyndham’s Youth Resource Centre, 86 Derrimut Road, Hoppers Crossing on Friday, September 12. Organised by the centre’s events committee, the mystery night is open to young people aged 12-17 and starts at 6pm. Food and drink will be provided. The night will include a screening of Sherlock Holmes. Tickets cost $2.

Garage sale trail
Bargain hunters can hit the streets of Wyndham on Saturday, October 25 for a day of simultaneous garage sales. The city is taking part in a national event designed to give households, businesses and community groups a chance to declutter and raise money.
Fun and games
Visit Iramoo Community Centre on Sunday, October 19 for a family fun day. Activities will include live music, children’s rides and workshops from 10am-3pm. The centre is at 84 Honour Avenue, Wyndham Vale.
