Wild nights in Werribee

Werribee Open Range Zoo will come alive after dark during the school holidays as part of its Wild Nights program. Until July 12, visitors to the zoo can toast marshmallows, watch a shadow puppet show or get close to the zoo’s nocturnal residents.

World Cup at fever pitch

Farewell the World Cup at the civic centre, 45 Princes Highway, Werribee, on July 14 from 4.45am-7am. Wear your country’s colours and wave your flag while watching the final match of the tournament on the big screen. There will be giveaways and free, healthy breakfast.

Concert band

Show your support for the Werribee Concert Band at Stage to Screen, a fund-raising gala from 7pm on Saturday, July 26, at the Wyndham Cultural Centre. The band will play popular hits and be joined on stage by some special guest artists from the local area.
