Pedalling a positive future at Good News

Students from Tarneit’s Good News Lutheran College are doing their bit for the environment, designing and building a pedal-powered vehicle.

Last weekend, students tested the vehicle at the Australian HPV Super Series at Murray Bridge, competing in the junior secondary school category.

More than 220 school teams entered this year’s competition, hoping to build the fastest human-powered vehicle.

Good News finished 36th in its category and 150th overall.
