Werribee Primary School pupils such as grade 3’s Alice are fine-tuning their gardening skills after the school became one of
the first in Victoria to install a vertical garden.
The garden will help
teach pupils how to grow plants and vegetables and encourage them to
spend more time outdoors.
Pupils spent last Thursday planting seeds in
the garden, the bounty from which they will eventually be able to
harvest and eat.
