DEMAND for kindergarten places in Wyndham has eased following the opening of Alamanda Kindergarten in Point Cook.
The kindy, which is on the grounds of Alamanda K-9 College, has 61 children enrolled this year but has capacity for 84.
Cr Glenn Goodfellow said the kindergarten would provide a smooth transition into prep for children going to the adjoining school.
