WERRIBEE Football Club will use a $50,000 federal grant to link young migrants with sport in a bid to foster new friendships and a sense of belonging.
Multicultural Affairs Minister Kate Lundy, who provided the money through the Wyndham Sporting Opportunities Project, said sport was a “powerful unifier”.
