WERRIBEE Mercy Hospital will receive $25,000 to improve safety and security for nurses, doctors and other health staff.
The state government grant will help the hospital install new CCTV cameras in the emergency department courtyard and psychiatric unit reception area, upgrade duress alarms and carry out other improvements in the emergency department.
