Legends on the Lawn fast approaching

FOUR of Australia’s greatest music acts of the past 30 years are still proving popular, with ticket sales to Legends on the Lawn at Werribee Park up 90 per cent on the same time last year.

The March 17 concert will feature Vanessa Amorosi (pictured), former Noiseworks lead singer and INXS frontman Jon Stevens, Diesel (Mark Lizotte) and Mental as Anything.

Wyndham mayor Heather Marcus says the event will be a great family day out. “With such an excellent line-up of talent, it’s little wonder tickets are selling fast.”

Tickets are available from Ticketmaster and cost $58 for adults. Children 12 and under can attend free. A free shuttle bus will run to and from Werribee station. Details: 9742 0777.
