Point Cook signs, lights to save lives

A DANGEROUS intersection near Point Cook will be made safer.

Improvements will start at the intersection of Point Cook Road, Central Avenue and the Princes Freeway ramps this week, including modifying the roundabout, new skid resistance asphalt overlay, and installing advanced warning signs and street lights at Central Avenue.

The Transport Accident Commission is funding the work which is expected to be completed in the middle of the year.
