It’s a matter of convenience

Picturesque Featherbrook estate by award-winning developer Central Equity Land is proving a hit with new home buyers looking for lifestyle, affordability and easy access to the CBD.

Marketing manager of Central Equity Land Jeremy Vile says new home buyers can now build their dream home without waiting for services and amenities to catch up.

“We recently opened the Parkbrook precinct at Featherbrook and new home sites are selling very quickly,” he says.

A new café, medical centre and pharmacy are open on-site and the popular Brook Bistro is on each resident’s doorstep, Mr Vile adds.

There’s a new community centre with facilities including a kindergarten, play areas, community meeting spaces, plus maternal health care and weekly church services.

An AFL-size oval, beautiful parklands and recreation areas add to the estate’s lifestyle perks.

“Point Cook is now a destination of choice for many home buyers and Featherbrook is often top of the list because of its beautiful natural features and great facilities close to the CBD,” Mr Vile says.

Residents are in walking distance of the Boardwalk Boulevard restaurants, supermarket and gym, and a small retail centre is planned, providing greater choice for residents.

Unlike many new estates in Point Cook, purchasing at Featherbrook does not incur any ongoing owner’s corporation fees. There are a wide range of house and land packages available to suit a range of budgets and requirements.

Central Equity Land has won awards for its residential projects, including the Best Residential Development (under 250 lots) from the Urban Development Institute of Australia for Sefton Grange estate in Mt Martha.

Featherbrook has been developed to meet the company’s same high standards.
